The X8 SSD comes preformatted with exFAT, so it will work with both Windows and Mac computers. You can also reformat if needed. Just make sure you back up your data before you do since reformatting will wipe your X8 SSD clean. The X8 SSD features a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, so you can use it with other compatible devices.
