Godox TT685C Flash Speedlite for Canon

Godox TT685C is a next generation flash released by Godox. It features E-TTL II auto flash for Canon EOS series cameras and optical triggering with even illumination and a stable output. Using 2.4GHz wireless, you have an operating range of up to 100 meters. It can also be used as master flash to trigger other Canon speedlites such as the 600EX-RT, 580EX II etc. in TTL or manual mode. As a slave flash it can receive signals from other Canon speedlites such as the 580EX II, 600EX-RT, etc. or wireless commanders of pop-up flashes on Canon models such as the 70D, 80D, 7D, 60D, 600D and others.

Godox TT685 is a fully featured on-camera E-TTL (II) flash speedlite. It supports FEC, FEB, FE Lock, Rear Curtain Sync, Modeling Flash, Control with Camera’s Menu Screen, etc. E-TTL mode helps you achieve a correct flash exposure even in complex light-changing environments. In E-TTL II mode, camera and flash work together to calculate the correct exposure for the subject and the background.

Build quality is great. Godox like their competitors have seriously upped their game in terms of the plastics used.  Compared against the Canon 600EX-RT, it feels just as solid. TTL metering is really reliable. Godox’s flash exposure is identical to the 600EX-RT.
